Richard Saunders has been working in media and film for some time; you can catch accounts of his appearance on the TV show 'The One' on YouTube and on several blogs (including my own!). That will be a second season, this year.
He is currently a member of the NSW Skeptics committee (as is Dr Rachie) and Dr Karen is Executive Officer and Editor for the Australian Skeptics.
Overall, yes, the majority of contributors are in Sydney - there's also Jayson in Qld and myself in WA. Until this week, Dr Karen was in San Fran, USA for every report!
For a podcast that manages to coordinate international as well as national interviews, we do fairly well - most other podcasts are usually all comprised of those who live nearby or within a drive-away? The 'live' aspects do kind of set us apart and allow for audience interaction.
