- I think Laughter Therapy has a place for some people. As Helene said, "it doesn't replace other therapy". And she agreed it's a distraction, like Acupuncture.
The key to any interview is to remain curious and let the person explain why they believe what they believe.
- I know that you've pointed out that even the pharmacists in Australia will sell you woo-woo (heck, I know pharmacists here in the US that shill homeopathy), but I would have been more interested to hear what the pharmacist at the store said about the ear candles. I think that would have been more telling.
Here in the US, the pharmacy technicians and clerks don't require any sort of education in many states, not even a GED. Some states license technicians,in Minnesota it's not required in all pharmacies and if it is all they have to do is be 16 and take a certification exam. (http://www.aboutpharmacytechnician.com/state-board-of-pharmacy/minnesota). The take away is they are not qualified to give medication advice.
My point is when you go to the doctor, do you listen to what the doctor tells you, or do you seek the advice of the receptionist checking you in? - Maynard.. thanks for exposing another..
I hope this one doesnt make money from non verifiable garbage.
